adventure to the world famous Kruger National Park (KNP), this world-renowned wilderness covers

an area of 4 million acres. During this adventure you will find a number of interesting places and attractions to

visit on the various routes to the park of which to choose. Some of these attractions and activities include shopping at

Gemco Studio that is known for its“African arts and crafts”, take a visit to Bakone Malapa Pedi Cultural Village,

you can even choose to explore a Sapeco Tea Estate or the “Big Tree” (which is the largest Baobab in the world

at around 6000 years old), or enjoy a sunset or evening game drive in an open vehicle with a park ranger..

 

You will be entering the KNP at one of the northern gates, at an ideal time of the day for some game spotting! The

KNP is known to be the most diverse park in the world with 140 mammals, 119 reptiles, about 506 birds,

55 amphibians and around 1980 plant species. The park offers a range of accommodations to suit all preferences.

The main rest camp has excellent facilities; including shops, swimming pools and licensed restaurants. Guided walking trails

in the park and guided night drives are popular ways of viewing game and experiencing the essence of this

magnificent wildlife haven.

Travel the “Panorama Route” of the majestic Drakensberg Mountains, visiting places such as the

Blyde River Canyon - which is the third deepest canyon in the world and God’s Window.

Day 1 of this adventure takes you from your hunting camp for

Johannesburg, the commercial hub of South Africa and therefore

an excellent place to catch up on some shopping - lunch and an afternoon of

shopping. Overnight lodging at Journeys Inn Africa, our charming little lodge near the

airport in Johannesburg.

Days 2, 3, and 4 take you to Victoria Falls in beautiful Zimbabwe.

The next few days you have many options to choose from such as:

full & half day cultural tours, tour of the Victoria Falls, Zambezi River

cruises, tiger fishing, golf, horse riding, quad-biking, game safaris to the Victoria Falls

You will be spending 2 days at this amazing park so you will have plenty of time to search for of

the “Big 5”, and a host of other animals. Thepark offers a range of accommodations to suit all preferences. The main rest camp

On the 3rd day, you will depart the KNP. On your journey to the next stop, you will enjoy a visit to the

Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre (Kapama Cheetah Breeding and Research Centre). Next, you will have

lunch at the Mad Dogz restaurant before your arrival at Korangwe Private Game Reserve.

Visiting the Korangwe Private GameReserve also host the “Big 5”, and delivers a totally different and unique game

viewing experience in comparison to Kruger.

 

On day 4, you will travel the “Panorama Route” of the majestic Drakensberg Mountains,

visiting places such as the Blyde River Canyon - which is the third deepest canyon in the world and God’s

shops and sites to see at the main rest camp.

 

On day 3 you will catch a direct flight to Cape Town. Upon arriving you will have a choice of a

couple of touring options on your arrival in South Africa’s beautiful Mother City. You can chose to either

(optional and wweather permitting) you can take the cableway up Table Mountain., you could choose to take

a short orientation city tour, which includes the Castle of Good Hope, City Hall & Parade Ground and DEI

Company Gardens., you could choose to simple check in at your hotel and spend an afternoon at leisure.

Next, on day 4, take a tour the Cape Peninsula. Then take a cruise from Hout Bay to Duiker Island to view a

Cape Fur Seal colony. You will visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve with over 4500 species of

Fynbos plants, Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope - which is the most south-westerly point of the continent of Africa,

the Boulders - African penguins and Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. On day 5, you will takeoff for

an adventure into the wine land country near Cape Town. First stop is the delightful town of Stellenbosch,

rich in history with the most impressive Cape Dutch architecture. You will have time to wander the oak-lined

streets before continuing to Paarl with its imposing Afrikaans Taal Monument. You will enjoy a nice lunch in the picturesque

town of Franchhoek before wine tasting and a cellar tour at one of the local estates. A farewell dinner will be served at the famous

Five Flies Restaurant (no children) or at one of the restaurants in town with an

“African” flavour.

On your last day you will enjoy a morning at leisure. There will be time for last minute shopping at the

V & A Waterfront and weather permitting an optional helicopter trip over the Cape Peninsula. Transfer to

Cape Town International Airport to catch your connecting flight back to

Johannesburg or direct flight home.

to learn about the life, customs and traditions of the Shangaan people, visit the local healer and watch their

singing and dancing while sharing a traditional feast in typical huts. Then begin the travel to Johannesburg.

On your 6th and final day you can choose to spend a morning at leisure, you could visit the Sterkfontein Caves

(also known as “The Cradle of Humankind”), or even visit Soweto and reflect on the “Apartheid” era of South Africa’s history.
